Cancellation requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to finreadsmail@gmail.com.

90 or more days before travel

Full deposit refund, less any non-refundable third-party costs incurred.

60–89 days before travel

50% of total trip cost is non-refundable.

30–59 days before travel

75% of total trip cost is non-refundable.

Fewer than 30 days before travel

100% of total trip cost is non-refundable.

Cancellation by 1% Travel Club

In circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, natural disaster, civil unrest), we will offer an alternative trip of comparable value, a credit for future travel, or a full refund of amounts paid to us, less any non-recoverable third-party costs.

Retreat-specific terms

Retreat bookings may be subject to additional cancellation terms specified in your individual retreat agreement, which shall prevail where they conflict with this general policy.
