These terms

These terms apply to every journey arranged by 1% Travel Club, a brand operated by FInReads Medialabs Pvt Ltd, 1293, Sector 18-C, Chandigarh, India.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for fourteen days and remain subject to availability until confirmed in writing. Rates may change if taxes, fuel levies or supplier pricing change before confirmation.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and written acceptance of the itinerary. The balance is payable before departure, according to the schedule stated in your confirmation.

Changes by you

We will always try to accommodate changes after confirmation. Supplier charges arising from those changes are passed on at cost.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges depend on the suppliers held for your journey and are set out in your written confirmation. Non-refundable elements are identified before you pay.

Changes by us

Weather, permits, closures and local conditions occasionally require changes. We will substitute arrangements of comparable standard and inform you promptly.

Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and, where relevant, high-altitude or adventure activity is a condition of travelling with us.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits and vaccinations, and for disclosing medical or mobility conditions that affect your journey.

Liability

We select suppliers with care and coordinate your journey, but we are not liable for loss or injury caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction.
